Spending the points in the Garrison Tree is debatable for some players but I spend them there as they are simply plain buffs for the full march for little investment and I think they are more useful than spending those few points for partially getting Full Quiver that only affects archers for the same percentage. She is no defensive commander but there are some interesting talents to pick up, especially more rage from Burning Blood and several buffs for all troop attacks that make perfectly sense. Especially in rallies, you will have enough time to build up that full buff and it’s absolutely worth the points. So, the first thing you want to get is Effortless in the Attack Tree. Step-by-step… Whistling Arrows should be your first priority getting as this additional damage dealt is simply too good to not have it. Here’s the one and only talent build that you want to use with Attila when you go rallying stuff: Build with RoKTalent Builder. With this build you have it all, a ton of increased damage for the archer march you will run her in, no matter what. I’ve been testing around a lot with different talent builds for Artemisia but with the fact in mind that she makes such a great secondary commander and you won’t run her a lot as primary commander, except in Sunset Canyon, there’s actually only one really good build that makes sense to me (with some slight variations).
